We have secured a discounted group rate of $349 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf. Reservations must be made by Friday, March 20, 2026, to receive the discounted rate, while rooms are available. After this date, we must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the event rates will apply.

To ensure a hotel room, make your reservation online. You can also contact the Hilton at 800.774.1500 and reference group code NWP26 to receive the discounted rate while rooms are available. Note: Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am; baggage storage is available for your convenience. Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the Hotel.



Registration Information


Register for the 2026 National Water Policy Fly-In online at your convenience. The registration fee is $150 per person. Advance registrations must be received by Friday, April 3, 2026. Registrations will be accepted after the deadline, but attendees are not guaranteed to be listed on the Participant List. If you have not received a confirmation within 5 business days after registering, please contact NACWA at info@waterweek.us .

If you plan to attend AMWA’s Water Policy Conference, please register directly with them and do not complete separate registration for the 2026 National Water Policy Fly-In. Their registration includes access to the National Water Policy Fly-In. If you have any questions, contact info@waterweek.us.

Your registration fee includes access to all activities on Tuesday afternoon and evening. There will be a beverage service in the afternoon and heavy hors d’oeuvres at the evening reception.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if we receive the cancellation by Friday, April 3, 2026. Thereafter, no refund will be available. Submit all requests via e-mail to info@waterweek.us . Substitution of registration is permitted prior to the Fly-In and onsite. Request must be made in writing and sent to info@waterweek.us . Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.

Attire

We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Business attire is strongly encouraged, and we suggest that you bring layers during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned.

Consent to Use Image

Registration and/or participation in any NACWA co-sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant/participant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s/participant’s likeness. Attendees have agreed to allow their names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format, as well as social media messages in the public domain (e.g., tweets using hashtag) to be used by NACWA. NACWA is not responsible for the social media posts of any attendee and disclaims any liability for such posts.

Continuing Education Credits

Attend the National Water Policy Fly-In and you earn credits toward your certification or recertification. Simply drop off your business card at the registration desk or email info@waterweek.us and we will provide you with a letter certifying your attendance.

Bringing A Family Member?

Do you have spouse, family member joining you in Washington DC for the Water Week 2026 Reception? Send their name, city and state to info@waterweek.us so they can join you at the reception. Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.

Ground Transportation

The Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf is approximately three miles from Reagan National Airport (DCA), 30 miles from Dulles International Airport (IAD) and 35 miles from the Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI). The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle from the airport; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

  • Uber/Lyft — A rideshare from BWI to the hotel is approximately $70; from DCA it’s approximately $30; and from IAD it’s approximately $50.
  • Taxicab — The fare from DCA to the hotel is approximately $16 and is 10 minutes away. The fare from IAD to the hotel is approximately $74 and will take 40 minutes and the fare from BWI is approximately $80 and will take an hour.
  • Metro — L’Enfant Plaza, servicing the orange, silver, blue, yellow, and green line, is the closest metro station to the hotel. When you deboard the train, take the escalators going up. Follow the signs leading to the Hilton. There will be an elevator with the Hilton signage on your right. Take the elevator one level up to the hotel lobby.
  • Car RentalAvis Rent-A-Car is NACWA’s official car rental company for this meeting. Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800.331.1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is T563400.
  • Hotel Parking — The hotel offers valet parking only at $65 with in/out privileges available. Self parking is not available. Please note that the clearance for the garage is 6’5.
  • Parking Garage — There is more covered parking at L’Enfant Plaza Parking Garage for a $35 daily rate and $44 overnight rate. This garage is accessible on 840 D Street NW.
